ISA Firewall Service Problem

Hello all, I am using ISA Server 2004 Enterprise Edition with SP3. i am facing some problem with my ISA server.When my Window Server 2003 on with ISA Server installed restate it does not automatically Start Firewall Service on ISA Server 2004. i start the Firewall Service Manually. Please provide Solution. i want that if my Server restart it automaticall Start ISA all Service includeing Firewall.
