ISA Internet Switching

I work for a college which needs to be able to switch internet availabilty on and off per class room, instantley.

We have acheivedd this in the past with microsoft Proxy server v2 by assigning multiple ports to lisen to and using a script to assign the apropiate port to the client.

The problem is we would like to be able to set this up or an inproved system using ISA Server but cant seem to work out how!

Any Idea’s???
