ISA Server 2004

Dear Sir,

Could you please help me in this issue,

i’m in a company with 2 differnet users (Senior & Junior)
i want to let the Senior Users to access the internet without any limitations but i want in the same time to block some sites for the junior user … the question is how could i do this through ISA Server 2004 ???
