isa server 2004 sp3

I recently installed I sa server 2004.I configured OWA which was working nicely.but after installing sp3 owa stopped and there was a warnig The Web Proxy filter failed to bind its socket to xxx.xxx.xxx.xx port 80.Can anyone help? thanks in advance
