ISA Server in firewall mode

My internal clients is using kazaa and not able to get connected or very long time to connect.
On the server i configure the wpad and router on the DHCP scope options, the clients are able to connect to the internet and send and receive email through outlook express. Autodiscovery is enable on the ISA server.
