ISA SERVER INSTALLATION ERROR

DEAR ALL

We are brought ISA SERVER 2004 and trying to install it on windows 2003 Enterprises Edition with SP1.But we are getting error on installaion .Error is “Product: Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine — Error 1335. The cabinet file ‘SqlRun.cab’ required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package” eVENT ID :11335 SOURCE:MsiInstaller.
Please Help me deploy ISA SERVER
