ISA server report files

I want to know how is the format of isa reports .I mean is it files the report on some kind of database files which can be used by other applications in order to get report per user?
To make it clear I want to know which of my users uses Internet and how long .
Then I want to calculate it by third party software.
Will be ISA suit for this task?
