ISDN problem

I run a network covering 4 sites 2 of the sites are connected with an ISDN line the problem I have is if I open up Network neighborhood I only see the computers on my site and NOT the others that are connected with the ISDN line.
If I go into server Manager the computers connected to the ISDN Line are listed but are grayed out.
