ISDN VS. ISDN DIAL-UP

I am employeed by an ISP that offers many different kinds of internet services. However, I am still having a hard time explaining to my customer the difference between ISDN and ISDN dial up (maybe it is because I do not fully understand it myself). Can you help me with an explanation?
