ISO for Windows 10 Anniversary Update

I am a licensed Windows 10 Pro (64 bit) user. Will an ISO of the upcoming Windows 10 Anniversary Update be available for download from Microsoft website after it is released? If so, will that be a full version, so that I can make a clean Windows 10 installation using that ISO, or will it be just an addendum to the existing version, so that I will need to first clean install the existing version and then update?
