ISP Change Problem

I recently changed ISP’s. The new one uses a different browser & mail program. I chose to stay with IE AND OE. I have made those changes myself, however, there is one nagging problem I can’t fix. I need a tech head on this one. At the very top of my monitor where it says: OE or IE, “provided by”, it retains the old ISP name. It doesn’t affect any programs, it’s just a pest to me. Shouldn’t there be a command I can type in the run field, and the appropriate program to choose when asked, to make the change? Do I have to uninstall both programs & reinstall them? I’m at a standstill. Would appreciate some insightful input on this,…pretty please? 🙂
