ISP connection problem

I have Workstation 4.0 with 1 USR modem. There are two separate ISP accounts. The one works fine. The other connects but doesn’t go anywhere. This ISP is saying that the computer is using multilink. I have checked and don’t see any settings for it. Could I be missing something?
