Issues with Oulook 2003 in an Exchange 2003 enviroment

I recently configured (re-configured) OWA on my exchange server, I was having some IIS problems that I resolved and everything worked great. However, OWA was a proof of concept for an issue we had here, we do not plan on using it in the future.

Problem:

When you open e-mails in outlook 2003 now I am getting prompted to install FrontPage (Like an MSI). I have a feeling it has something to do with OWA, considering my recent project.

Could use some help, thanks a lot.
