IT Documentation

Hey guys,

I was wondering where (if anything like this exists) I could find a template or guide for making documentation IT infrastructures (i.e.: disaster recovery plans, server deployments, active directory, etc).

If anyone knows of something like this or could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
