I.T Help Desk resources, ebooks, guides, etc…?

Hi ppl

Im starting a new job as an IT support/ IT help desk operative.

Just wondering if there are any useful handbooks, guides etc to refer to for printers not working, active directory & basically all of the common IT problems help desks come across.

Also any advice on the common things I should be looking into before I start…
