IT Industry Qualification

What are the qualification and skills do I need to get an entry level position as a System Administrator or IT Security Analyst? I have a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information System and one MCITP certification under my belt. In the past I have experience working as a Helpdesk Analyst and Desktop support.
