IT job search resources in NYC?

Can anyone recommend some good recruiters in NYC/NJ. I previously ( 3 years ago) had used monster.com and had good results. But I think now, a job listing on monster will get a 1000 resumes. Are there any other jobsites that people like,which have a better success rate?
