IT Outsourcing

One of my clients is an IT company who does everything from installing servers to hooking up smart phone to manage your company from. My job is to outsource their services to other companies and I get a commission for introducing them to the company. This is a little new to me so I’m looking for suggestions on the best way to find customers and go about this the right way.
