IT Policies & Procedures

I am looking for a resource similar to the book that Tech Rep has for sale. Their It Policies And Procedures book is what I need. Does anyone know of a book I can buy at the bookstore with similar information on writing policies and procedures and would come with a cd with templates I can edit to fit my needs. I contacted Tech Rep and they would not ship overnight to me even if I paid for it. I cannot wait 7-10 business days.
