Was wondering if anyone has a tmeplate or other resource I can examine when it comes to end user purchase requess. Currently we use multiple PDF forms thaat an end user would download, print, ask for IT help in filling out, get approvals and signatures, submit to IT. We then submit that to finance to process.
It’s not difficult at all to create what we want from scratch but the more we think about it the more complex it becomes. What we want to do is have a simple HTML webpage in our intranet that an end user can go to, select information from drop down menus (to ensure all the info we require is there) and hit submit which will in turn send an email to our helpdesk (person or software) for processing.
I searched T.R. for any templates or tips but haven’t found anything specific to managing purchase requests from end users.
Any help, advise or info is appreciated.
