IT Strategy Courses track?

I just started to work as an IT Strategy Unit in Big mobile network operator in my country.
This unit is very new & there is no clear training courses track yet.
& i was requested to look & search for courses tracks that are related to ICT Strategy.
I hope anyone can help me where i can find information on courses & training track.
