IT Supplier Management

Hi,
We are a mid size tech company and use many different IT systems and suppliers for various aspects of the business.
Part of my role is to manage all these suppliers (software, services etc) Currently i am just logging these within our internal wiki system however i want a more professional system. I am looking for something where i can do some of the following
Log Supplier details
key dates (contract start date , end date, renewal)
product line items

ideally i would like some automation so i get notified when a contract is up for renewal

Does anyone know of a saas based system to achieve this?
