Jazz Drive Error in NT

When copying a large file to an Iomega 2GB external drive in NT, I receive a Lost Delayed-Write Data error: ‘The system was attempting to transfer file data from buffers to \Device\Harddisk2\Partition1… The write operation failed and only some of the data may have been written to the file’.
In eventviewer I get : the device \Device\Harddisk2\partition1 has a bad block. It only happens with files approx 175MB or more. Please help!!
