JBoss Services Running Persistently on Win 2000 Server

I need my JBoss services to run as long as my Windows 2000 Server server is online regardless of whether anyone is logged into the machine. Basically I would like JBoss to run as a system service and cannot figure out how to make this work. Can anyone please help?
