Jet Direct /Net work problem

Hi Friends

I have got three novell netware servers in a tree and one is 4.11,others are 4.10 with print server loaded in 4.11 and i have configured my laser printer HP4M+ printer on
Jet direct card .The problem is whenever
I am giving bulk printing it shows MIO error
and then starts printing all black pages
Even I have tried replacing the jetdirect card but still the problem exists !!!
PLEASE HELP ME OUT FROM THIS SITU!!!!
