job

I’m a student of BCA(2nd year).I would like to know the criteria for geting a job in IBM.My 10th standard result was above 60% but 10+2 was not(52%)but in the 1st yr of my BCA i scored 80% & if i have above 80% in the next two yrs.will i b eligjible for getting a job.
