Job vacancies – Internal

The company I am working with just launched adverts for vacancies that arose within the same company. As this is my first time applying for such posts i.e. within the same organisation,I would like to ask whether there are any recommendations, do and don’t and what is best to change or add in one’s resumes. How is best to tackle an internal interview?.
