Jobs are suspending when printing to Canon ipf8000…

Files that I’m sending to our Canon ipf8000 are stopping before printing
is complete. The Gano print monitor says the file is “suspended”, and
says I need to “…set the media and then press Online button to set the
printer online”. The file is 37″ x 76″ and it’s happen from both Acrobat
and Illustrator in a osX Mac.
Any ideas on resolving this?
