Joining a networks together using a netgear dg834gt router

I am currently working in serviced offices where i have four computers (with 4 private ip addresses – 10.0.0.0 etc.) I would like to add my wireless router, so i can join my wireless laptop to the network. I think that this involves NAT and setting up a private network. Any help is greatly welcome.
