Jumping Jack Flash

I am trying to flash my “new” Dell KVM switch a 2161DS. I am using Hyperterminal Private Edition 6.3 and a Compaq Proliant DL380 running Win2KAS.
I keep getting a ‘Flash Download Failed:Internal Error” after trying to flash.
Tried it on several PC’s also and still get same message. Thought file was wrong so I downloaded a differant flash img file and still the same.
Any ideas would be appreciated. I have the HT set to the factory suggested settings and still nada!
What gives?
