Juniper SSL VPN Connection

Hi, My employer uses SSL VPN without split tunneling assigning 10.x.x.x IP addresses, 255.255.255.255 subnet masks, the default gateawy is the assigned VPN IP address. Whenever a client connects from a remote location and the router is configured to use 10.x.x.x addresses the VPN connects but with no access to internal resources.

Are there any configuration changes that I can make on the PC to correct this?
