Just noticed – Animated Avatars…how do I enable them?

I ‘disappeared’ for about three weeks recently – I’ll bet most of you didn’t even notice! I’m that well thought of.

Anyway, I logged into TR occasionally from my local Public Library only to be presented with animated avatars. Of particular note were the fluttering antipodean flags [you know who you are] and CaptBilly’s ‘turning pages’.

Question: – What do I have to do in order to activate these wonders of modern technology?
