Kazaa concerns

I am wondering if there are any concerns about having Kazaa installed on my home computer. We have a dial up modem and a teen ager that is wanting to share files.

I have read the concerns about networked computers in the work place and Kazaa andwonder if there is less reason for concern in my home setting.
