keep the screen from going blank

I have a problem where there are a few people in my department need to be able to look at the screen while there hands are busy holding a tool for a period of time without touching the mouse or keyboard. Does anybody have any idea of how this can be done or what device I can use to keep the screen from going blank when the end user is doing their job? Mind you that there is a force GPO in windows that locks the PC every 15 mins. We are not allowed to change that based on the company?s policy. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
