Kernel’s problem?

I don’t know why and when there is a problem coming out in prosseccor support under Control Panel –> System –> Device Manager –> system devices. It shows that ” The NTKernel.vxd device loader(s) could not load device in the device driver.” But I didn’t change or install anything. I’ve tried to copy the VMM32.vxd file from other computers and even reinstall window, it’s still there.
Anybody could help me to solve this Kernel problem?
