Key Generator for a “special” software?

Hello everyone! want to use a Nintendo DS Homebrew library, a very old one. The owner of it made a Free version with a splash screen when the library it’s initialized and a Registered one without the splash screen. The owner is nowhere to be found. So can’t buy the registered version.Can something be done? (The name of the library is VIDSnips and it was made by IceDaddy).
