knowing if i exactly get the 384 kbps

i have bought a Bandwidth of 384 kbs shared connection on the a cyber cafe, and i would like to know if its really the one my ISP gave me, coz am suspecting that it might not be enough . my worries is , how can i calculate or test if its really the 384 Kbps ?
