Knowledge base

Hi there,

I am looking for a solution to distribute a knowledge base on the CD. I am looking for some freeware knowledge base that can be customized to bear a logo and to allow the users update it. I was thinking something like General Knowledge base (http://www.baltsoft.com/screenshots.asp). I am awaiting for suggestions. Thanks in advance.
