Kyocera FS-1900 problem

Can someone help me with the following problem?

I`ve had a paper jam problem with kyocera FS-1900. I`ve opened it and took the paper out and cleaned the printer. When I`ve assembled it back, he printed 20-25 more pages and since then nothing. When I turn it off and on, it takes him 4-5 minutes to initialize every time and then displays messages “replace toner” and “clear printer”. I`ve tried with new toner but the problem persists and I even can`t enter the menu. What could be the problem?
