L2L VPN ASA 5505 on DHCP DSL > ASA 5510 static public

Using the ASDM wizard I can get the above working fine (tunnel is connecting) when set to client mode but logger shows errors and no tunnel connection when changed to NEM. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
