Hello all,
i am having a problem with remote desktop. i am trying to enable it on a computer running xp. i am logged on as a sys admin with full rights. when i go to system properties and click on the remote tab, i can enable remote assistance but i can not even see the check box for allow remote desktop.
i have tried to download the remote desktop connection client from Microsoft but when i install it, it stops and tells me i already have a copy installed.
as of right now i have this problem on to different computers. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
any help will be greatly appreciated.
update, from the computer that does not have the option to allow remote desktop connection, i can start RDC and remotly access another computer on a different network.
