LAN ant Internet

I have two PC’s. One have 1 LAN card and other have 2 LAN card’s. I connect through internet with the PC, which have 2 LAN cards. I have DSL connection and Windows XP on both computers. Now I want to make a LAN with my PC’s and I also want to use internet on the computer which have 1 LAN card. Please answer me in detail with all possible solutions. For example Mannual configuration, DHCP, Domain, ICs etc. Thanks
