Lan Game in WIN98

I know this is’nt a proper forum this topic but This is something to do with Network Management.
Maybe you guys in this forum have any solution.
I have visited the official cs website and the link to fix this prob but could’nt find any answer.I am running win98 se os, and LAN about 50 comp.
with Cnet Ethernet Card, 3 Hub 24 Port Cnet, and 1 small hub about 5 port.I am running Counter Strike for the lan game.The error like this “Warning : Connection Problem”. So I assumed that is a matter of my network management.

The question OI want to pose are ?
1. What is the best configuration for the LAN Game in win98se ?
2. Is there any setting in my Cnet ethernet card
