LAN Printing

I’m having some difficulties trying to setup my HP 2100TN printer on our LAN. If I hook it up directly into the main HUB the server will detected it, however if I hook it up in another office with a live RJ45 outlet, the server doesn’t detect it. I’m running Win NT 4, the other office is only 100ft away from the primary hub.

Any suggestions?
