Lan/Wan Management (urgent)

I maintain and manage four Lan different location, which connected use leased line and frame relay. All this networks run very crtitical system.
I need application (software/hardware) to manage all those network, so i can easily maintain, troubleshoot, and manage from remote.

Could you help me find that application !
