LAN, WLAN issue

Okay, I have the following scenario:

I have an “old laptop” with an internet connection using a LAN. I was wondering, if I could share that connection with my “new laptop” using the WLAN on the “old laptop”

So use the two inbuilt wireless adapters to share internet connection, while the “old laptop” receives the internet from the LAN/Ethernet wire…

Any idea how this can be done? bright ideas?
