Language switch problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with language bar, when I try to switch with sencond language by Alt-Shift it dosn’t work and no language bar appare in the task bar. I setup the windows after formating and I install more than one computer but only with one of them it happen. Even I go to the regional setting and see if the laguage bar box are checked and if the other language are there but it was all normal but the problem are there and I can’t print with the other language, please advice.
