Laptop, Docking Station, Remote Connect and Dual Monitors

We are using Dell D620’s & D630’s on docking stations. When the laptops are turned off and removed from the docking stations, if we use them and then put them back on the docking station the screen settings for the dual monitors has to be reset. Is there anyway to get around this? I noticed a lot of others were having the same issue and saw another post on here with no solution. We have the same problem with remote connect. Thanks for any help!
