Laptop fan @ full speed, no display

Hi. I’ve own a dell inspiron 5567 and its dc jack went out. So i ordered one and try to put it in my laptop myself and i successfully did, when i plug the charger in fan starts running at full speed without pushing the power button and no display shown. later again after reopening it i realise that i forget to put battery terminal in the board. So i put that in but again the same issue fan @ full speed and no display.
Any suggestions what went wrong and how to operate?
I’ve already tried putting old jack in!
