I have two user’s that both use a hp laptop with a docking station. They both sync with Active Directory and PDA’s. Both of them experience problems when they first turn their machines on. It will take 2-4 times of forcing their machine’s down and restarting before they get everything working correctly, ie: mice, keyboards, profile’s loading, etc.
I have the latest windows update’s and all updates from hp downloaded. I’ve tried deleting their local and server profiles and having them start clean. But nothing solves this issues. I can’t even pinpoint if it’s hardware or software. Any suggestions?
